Friday Favorites. Hot Looks and Sweet Treats!

We made it! 
It's Friday, and even better than that...we will all be celebrating this weekend. 
Whether it's a BBQ, going to see fireworks, or just lounging around and taking in the sun I know you are dying to get this weekend started, so lets do that! 
What better way to kick this weekend off then with some Friday Favorites!


Favorite Accessory: 
The perfect accessory to complete any summer look are these cool and trendy Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses! You can dress them up for a afternoon event or dress them down for a day at the beach! 
They work with any look and give your entire outfit a bit of edginess. 


Favorite Outfit: 
Sweet, simple, and super cute! 
Stripes paired with converses make for a perfect summer look! 
An oversized striped tee or even a short striped dress such as the one in the picture work perfectly with a pair of white low-top converses. 
You can even top the look off with those new Ray-Ban aviators you got! 
A black bag and some gold accessories would look perfect with this outfit and you can wear it almost anywhere this summer!


Favorite Bathing Suit:
  A crochet halter top bikini is the latest trend this summer and they are super cute and so comfortable to wear! 
They come in so many different colors and patterns and will keep you looking hot and stylish this summer. Whether your on the beach, sitting poolside, or going to a summer party, this bikini will blow everyone out of the water !


Favorite Summer Dessert:
  S'mores are a must during the summer and are always a hit with the guests! 
Here is an easy and fun recipe that will be sure to impress all friends and family at your summer party.

S'mores Krispie Treats!

Ingredients: 
-3 TBS unsalted butter
-Pinch of salt
-5 cups mini marshmallows, divided
-6-7 cups Golden Graham cereal
-3-1.55 oz. Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar, broken into little rectangles

Instructions:
1. Spray a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. In a large stock pot, melt butter and salt over medium heat. Once it's melted, add 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

2. Take mixture off heat me add in the cereal and stir. Add the extra cup of mini marshmallows and stir just to combine.

3. Working quickly, pour half the mixture into the prepared pan ms press down then top with half the Hershey's rectangles. Pour the rest of the mixture onto the chocolate and press down then top off with the rest of the chocolate. 

4. Allow to sit at room temperature for several hours to set up OR place in refrigerator for about an hour.

5. Remove from pan and cut into bars. 


Favorite Summer Drink: 

Cool down this summer with a refreshing sparkling raspberry lemonade! 
Quick, easy, delicious, and you can look cute while drinking it by pouring it into these adorable mason jars!

Ingredients:
12 oz fresh raspberries 
1 cup fresh lemon juice, chilled
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
1/2 cup honey
1 liter (33.8 oz) sparkling water or club soda, chilled 
Fresh mint and ice, for serving

Directions:
Place raspberries in a food processor and pulse until well puréed. Force raspberry purée through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
In a large pitcher whisk together water and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Pour in honey me mix until blended. Stir in raspberry mixture and lemon juice then pour in club soda and stir once. Serve with ice and fresh mint.
