Godsmack, Shinedown and Red Sun Rising Take Over St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater in Syracuse, NY

St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview was packed Wednesday night as fans prepared to rock out with some of their favorite bands.

Red Sun Rising kicked off the evening, getting the crowd amped up even more as they tore it up on stage.

Although, what followed Red Sun Rising was not exactly what fans were hoping for. Lightning and torrential rains made their appearance, turning a one hour mandatory evacuation for all lawn seating into a two hour delay. After two hours of impatiently waiting, Shinedown finally took the stage for an unforgettable and well worth the wait performance followed by headliner Godsmack who had rockers singing along to some of their favorite songs and dancing like no one was watching.
