Quick and Easy French Toast Casserole
I don't know about you but I absolutely love french toast.
What I don't love about it though is cooking each piece individually.
Luckily this recipe eliminates the time consumed by making french toast and leaves more time for you to sit down and enjoy it!
What You Need:
1 loaf challah bread
1 dozen eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon to taste
9x13" casserole dish
What You Do:
Cut your bread into cubes and spread them throughout your buttered casserole dish.
Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend well and until smooth.
Cover your casserole dish with plastic wrap and allow it to sit in the fridge over night.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
Serve with butter and extra syrup.
Are you a french toast fan?

French toast is usually my go to when I got out for brunch. So good, baked is the best.
