Oven Baked Zucchini Chips

Today we are bringing you a delicious recipe that is healthy, quick, and easy!
If you follow us on Instagram you will see that we baked some yummy oven baked zucchini chips. These chips are tasty and satisfying, and if you haven't made them yet, I highly recommend that you do ASAP.
So without further delay, here is the simple recipe that we know you are going to love.

What You Need:
1 zucchini, cut into 1/8" slices
1/3 Panko
1/4 cup reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
sea salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons low-fat milk

What You Do:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Dip zucchini slices into milk and then press into panko coating both sides.
Place zucchini on a cookie sheet and lightly sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes, turn over carefully and continue baking until golden, approximately 10-15 minutes
Let your chips cool to room temperature and then store in an airtight container.

Have you made zucchini chips before?
Do you love them as much as we do?!

    1. Those sound good too! I would assume that the only real difference would be that the chip may be a bit easier to get a crunch, but I am def going to try fries now too.
