What's So Special About Coconut Oil?!
'What's so special about coconut oil?' is a question that I often hear every time I mention to someone that they should incorporate it into their daily routine. So today I am here to answer that question for you and give you a few tips on how to use this wonderful oil and explain why it is so wonderful!
A Healthy Heart
The fat in coconut oil actually helps improve your cholesterol. It helps prevent heart attack and stroke and even heart disease. This oil is 92% saturated fat! That's the good fat. It’s the type of fat that holds strong bonds that are resistant to higher temperatures. This makes them safer to cook with and bake with and also makes it less likely to attract free radicals.
Infections
It's the lauric acid that is found in this oil that may destroy viral and bacterial infections.
Kiss That Stress Goodbye!
This oil is exceptionally soothing. Try massaging your temples with a bit of the oil to help remove mental fatigue.
Beautiful Hair
This oil is one of the top ways to provide great health for your hair. the fatty acids condition deeply from the insides of your strands out. You can use it as a conditioner and it also helps eliminate dandruff while aiding in the re growth of your hair.

Thanks for enumerating the awesome health benefits of coconut oil. I believe in all of them because I grew up with my Mom using it on us & with almost anything!
